With 560 extra large spaces, 200 Market Place has one of the best parking ratios in the city: 2:1,000 RSF. There’s also a carwash, interior detailing service and valet parking that’s free for visitors. It’s amazing what carefree parking can do for productivity.
Even our parking lot contributes to conserving energy at 200 Market Place. Lights do not stay on in the parking lot if no one is there–the energy savings is phenomenal. It’s just another way we’ve earned our LEED Platinum Certification.
